any other places offering you licenses for or access to my apps should be considered fraudulent and/or highly suspicious.

All my apps purchased on the App Stores have Family Sharing enabled.
As of this writing, all my apps are a one-time purchase lifetime license.
The Setapp Terms of Use apply.
Aside from being able to purchase my apps on the Apple App Store, or using some of my Mac apps as part of a Setapp subscription, you can also purchase a license for some of my Mac apps directly on my website. For this, my Merchant of Record is Paddle (Terms and Conditions), providing all customer service inquiries and handling returns for these orders. By using a license key, you agree to these terms.

Purchasing, Obtaining and Using a License
Your license will be sent to you via eMail after your payment has completed.
The license must be activated within the app, which requires an internet connection. An internet connection is also required to maintain its active state every now and then.
License Types and Usage
I offer personal and commercial licenses.
- A personal license is for personal use, and can be used to active the app two times, allowing you to use the app on both your home and work computers, or share the second activation with another member of your household. More activations may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please mail me if you require more activations.
- A commercial license is a seat license, for professional use. It allows for one copy of the app to be registered at a time and is tied to the Mac it is first used on (using a hash of its MAC address or serial number). The app then may be used by any user/account on that Mac.
Personal and commercial licenses can be reset in-app, allowing you to move your license to a different computer, by disabling the currently active copy/copies. To reset a commercial license, the reset key is required, which is mailed to you upon purchase.
- The special Apple employee license is basically a personal license, but strictly available to Apple employees. It may not be shared.
Updates & Upgrades
Every license is a lifetime license and will receive free updates and upgrades as long as the app exists. I reserve the right to change this in the future, but when a license is purchased, it is bound to the terms that are currently in effect, so if you bought a lifetime license now, and I change licenses to a 3-year cycle later, your license would still be lifetime, unaffected by that particular change.
License Sharing
As the owner of a personal license, you may give one activation of your license to another member of your household. Commercial licenses may not be shared.
Licenses may not be shared online. Any license found to be shared online will be disabled without notice at my sole discretion.
Please note that licenses contain sensitive data.
Reselling
Licenses may not be resold and cannot be transferred.
Purchasing licenses for others is available during the checkout process.
Refunds and Order Cancellation
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please send me an eMail within 14 days of purchase.
I will then tell my reseller (Paddle) to refund your money, as soon as possible.
Refunding a purchase disables all licenses made with that purchase.
Educational Licenses
If you’d like to purchase multiple licenses for educational use, please get in touch with me.
There are no discounts for individual students, since, currently, all licenses issued are of a lifetime duration, which is a very good deal.

TL;DR for what pertains to purchases made through my website:
A license is created from and will contain at least the eMail and name, as well as and transactional data sent to my server upon purchase and is tied to the license.
Licenses are not stored on my servers - an ID of the license is stored for activation and deactivation purposes; no sensitive data is stored on my server.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Eternal Storms Software and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
License Terms / Terms of Service Changes
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is substantial, I will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitues a substantial change will be determined at my sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use my Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
For licenses purchased on this website for my apps, the license terms of the date of purchase will stay binding for both you (the customer) and me.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any legal matters arising from the commercial relationship shall be Vienna, Austria. This shall be true if the parties to the contract/relationship are businesspeople, legal entities under public law or or an institutional fund governed by public law, or at least one of the parties to the contract does not have its general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Austria. The same condition applies to situations in which the place of residence or the usual place of residence is not known at the time of commencement of proceedings. We shall however be entitled to file lawsuits at the Customer's general place of jurisdiction. The place of performance for all duties arising from this contract shall be Vienna, Austria.
Support for older system versions
I strive to support older versions of Apple’s operating systems for as long as possible, but will have to cut support under certain circumstances, and at my sole discretion.
