Hello. My name’s Matthias, I’m the solo indie developer behind Eternal Storms Software, responsible for apps like Yoink, ScreenFloat, Tameno, Transloader, and more.
I’ve been developing apps for Mac (and later, all of Apple’s platforms) since 2004, first in Objective-C for PPC Macs, then Intel, then Apple Silicon and now in Swift as well. If that sounds like I’m getting old, it’s just because it’s true.

Apps that I do no longer offer include:
- GimmeSomeTune, an iTunes-companion app that automatically downloaded lyrics and artwork for songs you played
- HierarchicalDock which optionally replaced Leopard’s stacks in the Dock with a menu, and
- MD5, a checksum app
